Half a year has gone by, my tertiary education experience has reached its conclusion (albeit my ACCA studies being very much in the in-between stage), and I’m now looking to make the 2nd-half of 2015 productive (and making sure I enjoy myself as well). The main thing is I wanna make the transition to ‘ridiculous work ethic’ in my preferred fields. Have a good second-half everyone.
I’ve started reading materials on entrepreneurship & home recording (music). Here’s the interesting bit. My idea of success in these endeavours is based on the level of international recognition I attain (which includes celebrity & fame). As such, they are my drivers, and I think it’s good that I keep them – I’ll have something to aim for and to keep pushing myself. But there’s a high element of fun involved as well, and I’m certainly pleased about this. Perhaps my hedonism is influencing my career goals and it is having a positive effect. Maybe I might not reach the levels of Richard Branson or Donald Trump (or be an international music icon) but I will have a real good time doing it and it’ll make for many satisfying experiences.
I’m not much of a reality TV person (I don’t keep up with the Kardashians) but I kinda like WWE Total Divas. It’s quite fascinating to see how they go about their relationships in particular and the divas’ tolerance levels towards their romantic partners is quite insightful. Btw, I think it’s really easy for someone like me to fall for Eva Marie. She’s half-Mexican half-Italian, she’s incredibly gorgeous, she looks sweet, & I absolutely love her red hair! Man, I gotta check if they air Total Divas here in Malaysia!
- I think it’s great marriage equality is a legal right in the USA. We shouldn’t persecute the LGBT community. They are humans and we shouldn’t prevent them from being happy. Love wins!
- I guess I’m gradually gonna reduce playing futsal. The continuous foot impact (on the court) increases injury risks – knee, heel, etc. – so it is for the better I really minimise playing the sport.
- Chile defeated Peru 2-1 in the semis (again, playing against ten men worked in their favour) and will face Argentina in the Copa America final. It is going to be a cracking final. Come on Argentina!
